We kick start the day with yoga for children: dynamic asanas activating all muscles, building strength, flexibility and overall wellbeing. Yoga improves both physical and mental health in school-age children.
We have fun and play outside as well, so that we can make sure our daily dosage of fresh air and step tracker is also given some love they deserve.
We make snacks and lunch together, providing some substantial culinary and nutrition education. Healthy habits can be acquired very soon and stay with us for a long time.
